Attending the event? Here are some commonly asked questions:

Q: What is the Reseller Rally?

A: The Reseller Rally is a 2-day event that allows resellers from all over the country gather together to have a little fun, do some networking and enjoy a nice dinner cruise on the Ohio river that includes dancing, games and prizes! The rally is a great opportunity to create fun, lasting memories and lifelong friendships. We had the last one in 2023 and we're not sure if and when there will be another one so we highly recommend attending this one if you're able to.

Q: When is the event?

A: Saturday, September 26th, 2026. The boat boards at 6:00pm
and the cruise ends at 11:00.  

Q: Do you have a block of hotel rooms reserved?

A: Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at the Embassy Suites at a discounted rate. You can book your room here: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/cincyresellerrally2026/

Q: When do tickets go on sale?

A: Tickets go on sale Tuesday, February 3rd at 7:00
pm est.


Q: How many tickets are for sale?

A: Because of the limited space on the boat, we can sell 150
tickets.


Q: Where is the riverboat?

A: BB Riverboats is located at 101 Riverboat Row, Newport,
KY 41071. They have two riverboats at this location, we reserved the River
Queen.

Q: I thought this was in Cincinnati! Why is the riverboat in Kentucky?

A: Cincinnati sits on the Ohio river. One side is Ohio and the other is Kentucky.


Q: What is the dress code?

A: The dress code is casual, no suit and ties or anything
like that. Personally, I'll be wearing jeans, a polo and my Cincinnati Reds
hat.



 Q: If I'm not able to buy a ticket before they sell out, are
there any more for sale?

A: Unfortunately not but go ahead and send us an email ([email protected]) and we
can put you on the waitlist if anyone cancels.



 Q: Does the event have a hotel reserved for attendees?

A: We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites
by Hilton Cincinnati River Center. There is a limited number of rooms for our
group so once they are filled up, the hotel cannot guarantee you a room. Each
guest is required to pay for their own hotel expense. There are several nearby
hotels so if this one fills up, there are lots of other options.



 Q: What hotel will the event hosts be staying at after the
boat ride?

A: We will be staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati
River Center.



Q: Are drinks included with the dinner cruise?

A: Coffee, tea, water and soft drinks are included. A cash
bar is available on the cruise for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.



 Q: How long is the boat ride?

A: The boat will begin boarding at 6:00 PM EST and the
cruise will begin at 7:00 PM EST and go until 11:00 PM EST.



Q: Are kids allowed on the boat?

A: Absolutely! As long as they’re accompanied by a parent or
guardian.



 Q: Is the boat handicap accessible?

A: Yes and no. There is an elevator that lowers down to the
entrance of the boat and a ramp that allows wheelchair access onto the boat.
However, there are 3 decks to the boat and you have to climb a flight of stairs
in order to access the 2 upper decks after dinner is served.



 Q: Does the Reseller Rally have the entire boat reserved?

A: Yes! We have the entire River Queen boat reserved through
BB Riverboats.



Q: Is smoking allowed on the cruise?

A: Yes, smoking is allowed, but only on the outside decks.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the interior cabin of the boat.



Q: Where do we park?

A: There is free parking at the dock on Riverboat Row. If
that parking lot is full, which does happen on busy days, there is additional
parking further down Riverboat Row into Taylor Park. There is also a surface
lot on Columbia Street that you can park in, but there is a fee to park there.



Q: Can I resell my ticket?

A: No, the tickets are non-transferrable. Everyone will be
required to show their ID when boarding the boat and it will need to match the
buyer of the ticket.



 Q: What if I buy a ticket and later find out that I can't
make it to the event? Can I get a refund?

A: Yes! If you purchase a ticket and you aren't able to make
it, you can get a full refund if you cancel no later than Saturday, September 5th
(3 weeks before the event).



Q: Will I receive a ticket in the mail?

A: No. You will get an email confirmation of your purchase.
